Natuurlijk is deze muziek aantrekkelijk & innemend, maar dat geldt evenzeer hoe het is gedaan: de zang (met die stem!) en het spel. Ik genoot ook, op de internet-video's, van de gracieuze "gestiek" en het mooie contrast daarin tussen U beiden. Een life-opname is uiteraard iets anders dan een stdio-opname; wat me dan van de CD direct aanspreekt is gelijkelijk de rust en de intensiteit. Name: Leo Website: Visit	Hallo Valeria en Alfonso, Op zoek naar "Flow my tears" kwam ik jullie tegen op YouTube. Ik was meteen getroffen door jullie versie. Zo dramatisch, elk woord raakt mij. Ik kan het zo aanwijzen. Gezongen alsof je leven er vanaf hangt, met voelbare wanhoop. Op YouTube staan nog meer versies, van bv. Alfred Deller en Andreas Scholl; ook heel mooi. Maar geen enkele is zo schrijnend als die van jullie. Later hoorde ik "Le nuove musiche" in Den Bosch met het madrigalenconcert. Het viel mij op dat jij, Valeria, de meest dramatische zanger was. Jij wilt het ons laten voelen zoals jij het voelt. Het kwam mooi tot uiting in het duet, waarin jij theater maakte, maar de tenor voor de zekerheid achter zijn boek bleef, ook in de herhaling. Grappig om te zien. Ik hou van zangers die je de kern van een lied willen laten voelen, die risico's nemen. Daarom bedankt. P.S. Wel even een agenda op jullie site publiceren. Groeten, Leo.
